Rent Payment Procedures
Rent is due on the 1st of
each month. If the 1st is a
Saturday, Sunday or Holiday

Credit Card Authorization
You may use a credit card
for late fees, bounced check
charges, and maintenance
charge-backs but not
Security Deposit or
Rent. There are costs
involved in the use of this
payment method but the
convenience is often worth
the extra charge.

Early Termination Procedures
If you are unable to fulfill
your commitment through the
end of your lease (your
Anniversary date) there is a
stipulation in our agreement
that outlines exactly how
early termination of the
agreement can be done.

Move-Out Procedures
You may terminate the Lease
without penalty, on an
Anniversary Date, with
written notice given at
least sixty (60) days prior
to the Anniversary Date.
Verbal notice is
insufficient under any
circumstances. Written
notice must be made by
certified or registered
mail, return receipt
requested, and at least
sixty (60) days prior to an
Anniversary Date. Once
written notice is provided,
termination of a tenancy
shall occur on the last day
of the month.
