As a matter
of practice,
First Team
Georgia

renew the
lease for
another year
and increase
the rent by
5%. We will
not call,
write or
email you to
remind you
of the
upcoming
anniversary
date. We
assume you
want the
tenant to
remain and
we will do
all we can
to keep them
