Class Reimbursement Program 

Some companies offer free real estate pre-licensing courses up front. What we have found in that scenario is that there is little commitment on the part of the person to really follow through with their decision to start their new career as they have not made any investment in their own future. Therefore, we have created a Reimbursement Program whereas once you close your first transaction and have attended the necessary training, you are 100% reimbursed for your Pre-License course.
