What experience are we looking for?

Successful agents come to us from many backgrounds. Their sales or service experience might include retail, restaurant, property management, or any service related industry..

In most cases, to be considered to be a First Team Georgia Realty agent, you need:

• One year of customer service experience
• Ability to attend 2 hours of training per month
• Successful completion of state and board requirements
• Membership of Board of REALTORS
• Desire to make a difference in real estate industry
• A Passion for real estate
